Pega Customer Service in Government Infographics
When citizens spend hours trying to speak to an agent, or wait weeks for their claims to be processed, their entire lives are put on hold. This emotive campaign showed the moments that citizens will no longer have to miss, once a government agency starts working with Pega. I was asked to create two infographics, one citizen focused and one operations focused. The infographics used a blend of the lead campaign imagery, icons and bespoke illustrations, all brought together in Pega’s brand look and feel.
